Water First North Florida Project Important Info (5/11/26)
The Suwannee River Water Management District (SRWMD) and the St. Johns River Water Management District (SJRWMD) have proposed the Water First North Florida (WFNF) project in response to two concerns. First, to find a better way of disposing Jacksonville wastewater, now that the state is requiring that they stop dumping it into the St. Johns River by 2032, due to river pollution. Secondly, pumping the reclaimed water into the aquifer in our area will help replenish our currently low water levels and river flow rates. However, it is unacceptable to inject known and untested contaminants into our drinking water containing “forever chemicals” such as PFAS and PFOS. This is like the pomposity at the turn of the century when swamps were drained with ditches so the timber could be harvested. We cheated our aquifer out of the water that it needed when those swamps filtered surface water naturally. Now the rainwater just runs out through the manmade drainage ditches into the Gulf. WFNF is not a solution. At best, it is a passing of the buck, which will result in contaminating one of the purest water sources in the country. This is not science! This is a transgression against the people of the Suwannee River Basin, and not an act of good stewardship of our water resources.
As proposed, the treated/reclaimed wastewater from Jacksonville will still contain a minimum of 20% of the original toxins that came from the treatment facility, when it is pumped into our aquifer. To help understand the magnitude of this WFNF proposal, realize that 40 million gallons of water would cover 4.91 acres of land with a depth of 25 feet! This is the amount of potentially toxic wastewater that our aquifer would be receiving from Jacksonville EVERY DAY! Another concern is where will those 40 million gallons of water per day go during the rainy seasons? We all know that when it floods in this River Basin, sinkholes open.
The WFNF project may be a case of David and Goliath, but the resistance is growing, and the final decision has not yet been made. Now is the time to unite against polluting our aquifer! Please, join with the American Patriots of North Florida and request,or demand, that the SRWMD and SJRWMD Board Members make motions and votes to reject any wastewater, treated or otherwise, being pumped into our aquifer from Jacksonville or any other entity. This is not the time to passively trust. Please voice your opposition to the WFNF project, before the local SRWMD board votes! There are other and more feasible ways to deal with Jacksonville’s wastewater, and our current low water levels, that do not pollute our aquifer. The American Patriots of North Florida meets monthly on the 3rd Saturday inside the Live Oak City Hall Auditorium, at 2:00 pm. End Vaccine Mandates In Florida (4/23/26)

| Governor Ron DeSantis has called a special legislative session (running April 28 through May 1, 2026) that includes expanding medical freedom. He has highlighted the importance of protecting parents’ rights to make informed decisions about their children’s healthcare without government coercion. Senator Clay Yarborough will file legislation identical to Senate Bill 1756 (the Medical Freedom Act), which the Senate passed during the regular session, but the House failed to take action on it before the regular session ended. Senator Yarborough’s bill would: *Create a conscience-based exemption for K-12 school vaccine requirements (in addition to existing medical and religious exemptions) * Authorize the sale of ivermectin as a behind-the-counter medication without a prescription * Require parents to receive specific informational materials before vaccines are administered to children or when seeking exemptions * Make permanent Florida’s ban on discrimination based on mRNA vaccination status * Protect Floridians from forced vaccinations during emergencies The Senate is scheduled to hear its version of the bill on Tuesday, April 27, in the Rules Committee. This step is critical in carrying the legislation forward through the special session. While the Senate has shown strong support in the past, we now need the House of Representatives to step up and get a companion bill moving quickly. Without action in the House, this important protection for families could stall again. Florida residents overwhelmingly value parental rights and medical choice, but we need to act quickly if we’re to get this legislation passed during the special session. Please take action: contact the House of Representatives RIGHT NOW. Let your Representative know that you support medical freedom and urge the prioritization of this crucial legislation. Within the short window of the special session, your voice is vitally important! After contacting your Representative, please share this action alert with family and friends to maximize our impact. Geo-Engineering State Bill Info-Share (sent out 3/23/25)
Currently, the Florida Senate is considering Senate Bill SB56, which would prohibit certain weather modification activities from being conducted over the state of Florida. SB 56 is currently on the Rules Committee agenda for 3/26. Its companion house bill HB477 has been introduced and had its 1st reading in subcommittee on 3/4/2025.
Here’s a short summary of at least part of the situation:
Many Americans believe that ‘weather modification’ and ‘chem trails’ are just a conspiracy theory. But if one goes beyond the ‘popular’ websites and news sources, one will find that weather modification and chemtrails are indeed real. There is a clear paper trail of US Government documents [proposed bills and such] concerning weather modification activities and patents on this technology from the past 78 years! And as time has passed, weather modification technology and its effectiveness has certainly improved. Many nations of the world also have similar weather modification programs. This should be a concern for all of us residents of planet earth because weather modification activities such as the Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI) method is polluting / contaminating our atmosphere, air, water, and soil [hence our food supply], and is upsetting the delicate balance of nature, along with many other consequences.
The SAI method of weather modification consists of spraying a stream of various chemicals / metallic nano-particles from aircraft into the stratosphere. The intent is for these chemicals / metallic nano-particles to reflect part of the incoming sunlight back into space, thereby reducing the intensity of the sunlight that reaches the ground. We see signs of this happening in the sky – in the persistent, white aircraft trails (commonly known as ‘chemtrails’), that disperse into unnatural kinds of “clouds”, and by the whitening of our once-deeper blue sky. And then these tons of chemicals / metallic nano-particles that were sprayed into our atmosphere, fall to the ground, and then more are sprayed… just look up at the sky!
The proposed bills, SB56 and HB477 would prohibit SAI and other weather modification activities from being conducted over the state of Florida.
To learn more about weather modification and an old US bill that tried to ban such activities: https://sayerji.substack.com/p/when-chemtrails-made-it-into-us-law [Note that this old bill, which attempted to prohibit the basing of weapons in space (including the use of chemtrails), was apparently stopped by an “unfavorable Executive Comment Received from DOD”.] Another great source is www.geoengineeringwatch.org .
Please consider contacting your representatives and encouraging them to support SB56 and HB477. Also, please pray that this contamination of our beautiful and bountiful “sunshine state” is stopped soon!
Note, this bill must keep moving through the House, for it to have a chance at becoming law!

Please support SB56 / HB477 which will prohibit weather modification activity over the state of Florida.
Florida is now frequently blanketed by a chemical cloud and our sky is becoming whiter and whiter. Please look up at the sky!
Tons of chemicals and metallic nanoparticles are being injected into our atmosphere almost every day in an effort by reflect some of our sunlight back into space. Florida is being deprived of its natural, God-given sunshine that our plants need; and these tons of chemicals / metallic nanoparticles are also falling to the ground contaminating our air, water and soil; contaminating wild life, plant life, and human life. Chemical analysis of our rain water would indeed show that these toxic metals (primarily aluminum) are indeed reaching the ground. We, and all living things, in the state of Florida are breathing in these toxic chemicals & metallic nanoparticles, eating them and drinking them. This is real! Please stop this!
Please support any and every bill that attempts to prohibit weather modification, or introduce your own. – this is not natural. Whenever we humans try to ‘play God’, we mess things up – and weather modification today is doing just that: destroying the ozone layer, destroying ecosystems, causing health problems, and more…
